Judge Andrew Napolitano explains why “Bart” Kavanaugh is the most anti-Constitutional Justice ever to be appointed to the Supreme Court.
Some things you didn’t know about him:
* He was instrumental in drafting the PATRIOT Act
* He was a Bush White House lawyer during that administration’s orgy of torture
* The Koch Brothers and others spent over $10 million on media and lobbying to get his nomination approved
Over 200,000 pages of Kavanaugh of documents related to his Bush White House activities were blocked from release.
The Bush family (Senior and Junior) are thrilled that this thug now represents their interests on the Supreme Court. Bush Sr. personally thanked the addled idiot Senator from Maine Susan Collins for supporting him.
Serial liar, drunk, rapist, anti-Constitutional thug, pro oil and coal company tool…he’s now a Supreme Court Justice.
There’s something about the current border “crisis” that reminds me of something that happened…in Pennsylvania…to US kids.
Judges were paid by a privately owned prison to jail as many kids as possible – whether they had committed a jailable offense or not.
If you missed this Brasscheck story the first time, here it it again.
Black Americans are creating their own media.
It may not always be as polished as CNN, but it’s more honest and it’s more relevant to what’s actually impacting people’s lives.
Do you ever see new coverage about the massive abuses that take place in Family Court every day all over the country?
If you’ve aware of this system, have you ever given thought to why it’s operated the way it is?
Just like in Ferguson, MO and thousands of other places in the US where “law enforcement” is run as a revenue generation scheme, Family Courts are run on the same principles with children as the victims.
One of the realities of so-called Family Court is that a judge becomes the person who decides the fate of of your children – not you and not
you spouse.
If you’re a man – black, white, or in between – that’s bad news and it’s bad news for children and this video shows why.
Why do we give courts the right to rule family life?
The US Constitution explicitly bans it.
But it happens all the time.
How?
In many states, the minute you file for divorce, you are starting a lawsuit and once you do that you give the court the power to regulate your family’s actions.
Every agreement does not have to be a court order – unless the courts get involved and once the courts get involved, the families lose the ability to make their own decisions and regulate themselves.
What happens in Family Court?
Not much good.
The weird, corrupt and unconstitutional world of Family Court.
Here’s the core problem:
Marriage can be a wonderful thing, but when it’s “blessed” by the State , you can’t dissolve the bond without submitting yourself to the whims of Family Court.
Custody of children is handled the same way and it’s arbitrary, random, despotic.
In actuality, a “court of equity” (Family Court) puts the judge in the same position as once reserved for a king or religious leader.

I’ve never been a fan of Bill Cosby. Something about him has always rubbed me the wrong way.
That said, there’s something very odd about the case against him and the unanimity of the news media.
Also strange is the fairly large number of “victims” who have withdrawn their stories and disappeared from the media spotlight…after their stories were investigated, found to be improbable, or downright falsifications.
The media seems to lose interest in these people as soon as their stories fall apart.
More:
For the overwhelming majority of human history, the simple cannabis plant has been a source of food and medicine.
Only 20th and now early 21st century America feels that that it’s so “dangerous” it has to be controlled and people have to be severely punished for possessing it.
This would be a joke were the consequences not so tragic.
Prison is supposed to be for violent and dangerous people. Not sick people who seek and discover non-pharmaceutical treatments for serious diseases.
This is as ignorant and pointlessly cruel set of laws as any people have ever created and enforced in all human history.
It’s nearly common knowledge that the Ferguson prosecutor Robert McCulloch allowed witnesses to testify whose credibility was questionable.
The outrage sparked by the failure to indict former officer Darren Wilson is certainly common knowledge.
One juror believes that the prosecutor purposefully framed the jury so as to ensure Michael Brown wouldn’t get his day of justice, and is thereby suing McCulloch.
This whole fiasco speaks volumes about the failure of our judicial system and the merging of interests, to the people’s detriment, between the executive and judicial branches.
The right wingers hate it.
The liberals hate it too.
They both self-rigtheous reasons for doing so.
I think it’s because they both want to shut down the core discussion…the psychotic viciousness of slavery which persisted for half this country’s history and how this viciousness persists to this very day in the form of our so-called criminal justice system.
Small Group Now Leads Closed-Door Reform Negotiations
By Perry Bacon Jr.
Washington Post
Sunday, October 18, 2009
Three months before he was elected president, Barack Obama vowed not only to reform health care but also to pass the legislation in an unprecedented way.
“I’m going to have all the negotiations around a big table,” he said at an appearance in Chester, Va., repeating an assertion he made many times. He said the discussions would be “televised on C-SPAN, so that people can see who is making arguments on behalf of their constituents and who are making arguments on behalf of the drug companies or the insurance companies.”
But now, as a Senate vote on health-care legislation nears, those negotiations are occurring in a setting that is anything but revolutionary in Washington: Three senators are working on the bill behind closed doors.
