Around July 16-18, the news media was all aflutter about the “fake” 1980s era passport found in Jefferey Epstein’s safe in “his” NYC mansion.

In fact, Lesley Wexner bought the mansion, renovated it at great expense, added a high tech internal video surveillance system to it and then sold to Epstein for $1 after letting him use is rent-free for years.

But forget that bit of oddness for a moment and notice that as fast as that passport became news, it became non-news and no one has talked about it since.

Life runs on logistics and journalists are strangely unimaginative when it comes to thinking through the logistic issues of stories.

Things don’t just happen.

There are detailed steps that have to be carried out in a specific manner and each step involves specific people and organizations that have specific capacities and preexisting relationships.

In Iran Contra, missiles were purchased from Israel for shipment to Iran – and as part of the deal the US promised to replace the missiles the Israelis sold.

The right Israelis had to be approached – Israelis who had the power to say “yes” to arming one of their enemies and make it happen covertly.

And the Israelis had to be paid – and paid lavishly.

Who approached the Israelis and sold them on the deal?

Who financed the deal?

In other words, who put up the money to make the thing happen because the money paid to Israel could not come directly from the US.

The purchase money came from Adnan Khashoggi who then, somehow, got paid back – with lots of profit – by the criminal enterprise that put the deal together.

The Saudis were involved in Iran Contra too. They put up actual cash to support the Contras.

No one asks how that came to happen

Who did the front running to educate the Saudis that they could endear themselves to Reagan by giving up some spare change to help him with one of his pet projects?

Khashoggi – and whoever else was running with him at the time.

During the 1980s, Epstein claimed he was working for the CIA. Others who knew him then, said he was working for the Mossad too.

He was also in major fundraising mode and was apparently involved in money running for the Iran Contra scam.

Remember this was the same time he had the VALID (not fake) Austrian passport with a false name on it that allowed him to travel back and forth from Saudi Arabia.

As we reported nearly a month ago, his free spending pal Leslie Wexner has organized crime ties and is a big financial and political supporter of the gangsters who run Israel.

Jefferey Epstein is the THIRD suspicious “suicide by hanging” by a politically dangerous person in New York City in the last 20 years.

Of the three, Epstein had the only clear motivation to kill himself, but his quick death surely is a great convenience to people with the power to have others killed.

“Suicide” by hanging is a VERY easy crime to stage. It’s quiet and fast. How fast?

10 seconds or less to choke someone into unconsciousness and 20 seconds to throw sometime around their neck, tie it to something and walk about the door. Faster, if it’s two people.

Another famous person with a black book of powerful people hung herself too – supposedly.

Then there is the accidental “suicide” of one of the most famous female journalists of all time: Dorothy Kilgallen. Just days away from “the biggest scoop of the 20th century” (tying the Kennedy assassination to Ruby and organized crime in New Orleans), she climbed on the mattress of her guest bedroom, full clothed with all her make up, and started reading a book he’s already finished reading upside down, and consumed an overdose of three different barbiturates, two of which she had no known access to.

On this day in 1991, independent investigative reporter Danny Casolaro was hot on the trail of Bush family criminality.

Then he “committed suicide.”

Iran-Contra, the October Surprise, the Inslaw case…Casolaro was tracking how they were all interrelated.

Found dead in a hotel room, all his notes were missing and have never been found.

Interview: Jeff Bradstreet’s brother and sister-in-law Candice Lee-Bradstreet.

You know his death was suspicious – beyond the plain details of it – for two reasons:

1. The local cops immediately declared it as suicide without any investigation

“The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office wasted no time in ruling the death a suicide.”

2. The Washington Post wrote a multi-thousand word “obituary” of him, slandering him six ways from Sunday.

He had everything to live for.

A family he loved, a strong faith, and work he believed deeply in and was succeeding in massively.

Then this pioneering doctor shot himself…in the chest…with a handgun…while standing in a river…fully clothed…after beating himself on his arms and abdomen.

On this day in 2013, US journalist Michael Hastings died under mysterious circumstances.

News reports said he was traveling at 100 miles per hour and his car exploded when he hit a tree.

Wrong and wrong.

Video analysis by a physics professor says he was traveling less than 40 mph and his car exploded before he hit a tree and the engine and drive train were found over 100 feet away – behind where the car hit the tree, a physical impossibility from a collision. Multiple explosions were reported.

Hastings body was cremated after the official autopsy – against the wishes of the family.

Hours before he died, Hastings told friends he was under investigation by the FBI for a story he was doing about Obama’s then terrorism czar, who later became the head of the CIA: John Brennan, architect of the black ops assassination program.

The FBI denied this. The FBI was found to be lying. (Surprise, surprise.)

The story didn’t pass the “smell test” with the local TV news, but their detailed and thoroughly researched concerns was 100% ignored by national news reports.

On June 5, 1968 , presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy was reportedly shot and killed by a “lone nut.”

The Robert F. Kennedy assassination seems to have been run along similar lines to the murder of his brother.

A carefully prepared “lone nut” had the blame put on him…

A local police department could be counted on to make the evidence disappear…

CIA agents were all over the scene for reasons never revealed…

Robert Kennedy was a vehement opponent of the Viet Nam War and had a very good chance of winning the election to President of the United States. His opponent in the election would have been Richard Nixon.

On this day in 1972, presidential candidate George Wallace was shot by an ultra-mobile “lone nut” who apparently had limitless amounts of cash.

No one talks about the attempted assassination of George Wallace.

First of all, he survived. Second, he was not a terribly sympathetic figure.

He was running against Richard Nixon and was at least the third candidate to run against him who happened to be shot.

The others of course were John Kennedy who beat him and Robert Kennedy who was on the road to doing the same. Martin Luther King a political opponent of Nixon’s also ended up being shot by a strange “loner” around the same time.

Some interesting things about the Wallace shooting:

1. Based on nothing, Nixon immediately blamed “leftists” for the shooting, though it was quickly determined that Bremer was a “loner” – sort of.

2. Like so many “lone nuts”, right before the shooting he took the time to start and keep a regular diary which he conveniently left as evidence in his car (shades of 9/11 hijackers!)

3. Like dead-broke James Earl Ray who shot King and John Hinckley who shot John Lennon, Arthur Bremer roamed the country at will, eating in restaurants, staying in hotels, buying firearms – and like Hinckley stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, which then even more than now was a fabulously expensive place.

What are the odds?

Something not part of the public story…

According to E. Howard Hunt’s autobiography right after the shooting Nixon ordered him (through Charles Colson) to break into Bremer’s apartment to see if there were any documents linking the GOP to the attempted hit. Hunt reluctantly agreed, but the operation was called off.

Then James Rowley, head of the Secret Service, ordered one of his Milwaukee agents to break into Bremer’s apartment. This was before the FBI was able to get in. They were waiting for a search warrant (Remember those quaint old days?)

The Secret Service took documents from the apartment. When the FBI finally got in, they found literature from the Black Panther Party (shades of Micah Xavier Johnson!) and the American Civil Liberties Union.

Then – are you ready for this? – they left the apartment unsealed as a crime scene and in walked random reporters who walked off with documents. (shades of Dallas and San Bernadino.)

Guess what they found?

Documents that purportedly showed that Bremer was a member of the Young Democrats of Milwaukee!

Oh, really?

The diary, a project which the non-literary shooter apparently started to provide evidence against himself, said he was hoping to shoot either Nixon or Wallace. Uh huh. Right.

In a detailed analysis of the 137 page document, Gore Vidal suggested that the diary was in fact written by E. Howard Hunt.

Martha Mitchell, the famous “loose cannon” wife of one of Nixon’s henchmen John N. Mitchell visited Wallace and told him that her husband had confessed that Charles Colson had a meeting with Arthur Bremer four days before the assassination attempt.

On another note, the work of John N. Mitchell lives on:

“Mitchell devised a type of revenue bond called a “moral obligation bond” while serving as bond counsel to New York’s Governor Nelson Rockefeller in the 1960s. In an effort to get around the voter approval process for increasing state and municipal borrower limits, Mitchell attached language to the offerings that was able to communicate the state’s intent to meet the bond payments while not placing it under a legal obligation to do so. Mitchell did not dispute when asked in an interview if the intent of such language was to create a “form of political elitism that bypasses the voter’s right to a referendum or an initiative.”

Many billions, possibly trillions, of dollars worth of fraudulent municipal bonds have been issued using this scheme. When the chickens come home to roost on this one some day – and they will – you’ll know who got it started.

One thing for sure: We don’t live in a dull country.
